Refunds policy

1. No Refunds: All payments made to Growthious Creative Media & Digital Agency are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for consultations, design services, digital marketing campaigns, website development, and any other services we offer.

2. Service Delivery: Once a payment is made, we commence work on your project based on the agreed-upon scope and deliverables. Payments are made to secure our time and resources, and thus, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review and understand the scope of services, project timelines, and deliverables before making a payment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

4. Project Alterations: If you require any changes or additional work beyond the original scope of the project, additional fees will apply. These fees are also non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Client: Should you choose to terminate the project or cancel our services at any point, no refunds will be provided for any payments made.

6. Exceptional Circumstances: In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. We may issue a refund in such cases.
